PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROMOTION:

CELEBRATE TOGETHER PROMOTION (“Promotion”).

 

PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Promotion starts from 00:00:00, 21/11/2022 and ends on 23:59:59, 31/01/2023 (“Promotion Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period without prior notice.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

The Promotion is open to all non-Muslims individual legal residents of Malaysia aged 21 years and above as of the start of the Promotion Period, except employees and immediate family members of the Organizer, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.

 

PROMOTION

TIERS:

1.     The Promotion is divided in 2 (two) Tiers:

a.     Tier 1 is an online matching game [“Game”] for Participants to play on their online devices and win Instant Rewards.

b.     Tier 2 is a contest [“Contest”] for Participants to stand a chance to win the Contest Main Prizes.

 

2.     Participants that submit their entries for the Game will automatically be a participant in the Contest.

 

PROOF OF PURCHASE:

1.     To participate in the Promotion, purchase a minimum of RM300 (Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred) worth of participating Brands products in a single receipt (“Receipt”) during the Promotion Period from any participating outlets and e-commerce outlets in Malaysia. Please visit the website: http://www.prm-presents.com for the complete participating outlets list.

3.     The single receipt can come in the form of printed receipts from point-of-sale systems and/or e-receipts for online purchases. For any purchases with promotion codes and/or discount, Participants must ensure that the final paid amount for the total of participating Brands products listed on the receipt is with the final paid amount of Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred [RM300] and above to qualify. [“Receipt”].

For example: If you purchase 2 bottles of JACOB’S CREEK red wine for RM307.70 with a discount of RM5.70, your final paid amount is RM302.00. Your purchase receipt is qualified to participate in the Promotion. If you purchase 2 bottles of JACOB’S CREEK red wine for RM307.70 with a discount of RM10.70, your final paid amount is RM297.00. Your purchase receipt is NOT qualified to participate in the Promotion.

 

4.     The Receipt must consist details of the Products purchased, date of purchase, purchase quantity and amount, receipt number and name and/or logo of the Outlets ("Receipt Details").

 

5.     Each Receipt is ONLY eligible for 1 (one) entry submission. You may submit each Receipt once only.

 

6.     The Organiser does not accept any alteration of the Receipt in any form. Handwritten Invoice/Receipt, Purchase Order, and/or Delivery Note will not be accepted.

 

7.     The Organiser shall reserve the right to disqualify any entries with unclear and illegible Receipt images, incomplete and/or wrong Receipt Details, duplicated Receipt, handwritten Receipt, Purchase Order, Delivery Note and/or where the Receipt is altered in any form.

 

ENTRY SUBMISSION:

1.     To submit your entry, scan the QR code or visit website: http://www.prm-presents.com using your mobile phone.

 

2.     Register by completing the details required [“Personal Details”] in the web form [“Form”] provided.

 

3.     Snap one [1] clear and legible picture of the Receipt in image format with a minimum file size of 30kb and a maximum file size of 5MB [“Image”].

 

4.     One [1] Image must contain a picture of one [1] Receipt only.

 

5.     Upload the Image and click submit (“Entry”).

 

6.     Upon the successful submission, the Participant will be directed to play the Game.

 

ENTRY DEADLINE:

1.     All Entry(ies) must be received by the Organiser on or before 23:59:59, 31/01/2023.

 

2.     Any Entry received outside the Promotion Period shall be automatically disqualified.

 

TIER 1 – HOW TO PLAY THE GAME:

1.     Participants will be shown 10 boxes on the screen. There are 5 sets of matching pictures in the 10 boxes.

 

2.     Participants must click on the boxes, one at a time to reveal the picture on the box and find the matching picture on the other boxes.

 

3.     To succeed, the Participant must reveal and match all 5 sets of matching pictures within 30 seconds.

 

4.     If the Participant is successful, a message would appear to notify the Participant the Instant Reward that can potentially be won.

 

5.     It will be followed by another message to notify the Participant that the Entry is to be verified, and that the Participant will receive a message via WhatsApp from 6018 311 0128 within 7 working days if the Receipt and Personal Details submitted are valid and qualified to win the stated Instant Reward.

 

6.     Participant may then exit from the Game.

 

7.     If the Participant fails, a message will appear to inform the Participant and Participant may then exit and try again.

 

8.     Each Entry received is to be verified and approved by the Organiser to be deemed a successful Entry (“Qualified Entry”).

 

TIER 1 – INSTANT REWARDS:

1.     For each valid Qualified Entry submitted, Participants may win either 1 (one) of the Instant Rewards as per listed below:

a.     1440 units of Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN worth RM18 each.

b.    720 units of Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN worth RM28 each.

c.     180 units of Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN worth RM68 each.

d.    36 units of Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN worth RM118 each.

e.     24 units of Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN worth RM888 each.

 

2.     Each Participant may submit unlimited Entries to the Promotion, subject to the maximum Instant Rewards available.

 

TIER 1 – INSTANT REWARDS REDEMPTION:

1.     Participants are NOT ALLOWED to claim any Instant Rewards prior to Entries verification. The Organiser in its absolute discretion reserves the right to reject, disqualify and/or forfeit any Entries without the need to provide any prior notice to any party in the following circumstances:

a.     the Receipt Images submitted are duplicated, re-used, illegible, incomplete, unclear, containing more than one [1] Receipt and not in the specified format,

b.     the Receipt Details do not meet the submission requirements stated herein,

c.     incomplete or incorrect Personal Details provided,

d.     late Entries (i.e.: Entries received after 23:59:59, 31/01/2023),

e.     the eligibility of the Participant is not in compliance with the terms under the Promotion.

 

2.     All Instant Rewards Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN codes will be sent to the Winners within 7 working days from the date of submission to the mobile number provided by the Winners via WhatsApp from 6018 311 0128. The Organiser reserves the rights to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser.

 

3.     The Organiser reserves the right to request for evidence of the original Receipt [hardcopy] including the identification documents for verification and prize redemption. Failure to produce any of the foregoing documents will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

 

TIER 2 – CONTEST:

1.     All Qualified Entries received by the Organiser during the Promotion Period will be assigned winning chances in the form of a running serial numbers according to the amount purchased as stated in the Receipt submitted.

 

2.     The Organiser will allocate serial numbers according to the purchase amount as stated in the Receipt submitted. For every RM300 (Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred), the Organiser will allocate 1 (one) serial number.

For example:

If you purchase RM307.50 of Products in a single Receipt during the Promotion Period, the Organiser will allocate 1 (one) serial number.

If you purchase RM1079.50 of Products in a single Receipt during the Promotion Period, the Organiser will allocate 3 (three) serial numbers.

 

3.     A set of serial numbers will be assigned to all the Qualified Entries according to the date and time received starting from serial number “1”.

 

TIER 2 – CONTEST MAIN PRIZES:

1.     The Contest Main Prizes are divided as per below:

a.     Weekly Prizes.

b.    Monthly Prizes.

c.     Grand Prize, 1st Prizes and Consolation Prizes.

 

2.     Throughout the Promotion Period, each Participant may potentially win:

a.     1 (One) Weekly Prize,

b.     1 (One) Monthly Prize, and

c.     1 (One) Grand Prize or 1 (one) 1st Prize or 1 (one) Consolation Prize of the highest value.

WEEKLY PRIZES:

1.     There are 5 (five) Weekly Prizes in the form of 1 (one) bottle of wine or spirit as per your purchase* each to be won for each week for 8 (eight) consecutive weeks.

*The lowest valued bottle of wine or spirit in the receipt submitted.

 

2.     There is a total of 40 (forty) Weekly Prizes to be won throughout the Promotion Period.

 

3.     The 8 (eight) weekly periods are as per below:

a.     Week 1: 21/11/2022 – 05/12/2022 (15 days)

b.     Week 2: 06/12/2022 – 12/12/2022 (7 days)

c.     Week 3: 13/12/2022 – 19/12/2022 (7 days)

d.     Week 4: 20/12/2022 – 26/12/2022 (7 days)

e.     Week 5: 27/12/2022 – 02/01/2023 (7 days)

f.      Week 6: 03/01/2023 – 09/01/2023 (7 days)

g.     Week 7: 10/01/2023 – 16/01/2023 (7 days)

h.     Week 8: 17/01/2023 – 31/01/2023 (15 days)

 

WEEKLY PRIZE SELECTION:

1.     Weekly Prizes: The serial numbers allocated to the Qualified Entries will be tabulated for each week which will then be divided by 5 (five) to derive the winning serial numbers for the week’s Weekly Prizes. In the event of numbers with decimal values, the winning serial numbers will be rounded down to the nearest whole number that results after the division.

For example: If the Qualified Entries serial numbers for the contest total up to 501, 501 will be divided by 5 which equal 100.20 which will be rounded down to 100. The multiplier winning serial number in this case is 100. 5 (Five) Qualified Entries assigned with serial numbers with multiples of 100 i.e.: 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 will be the selected Finalists of the week’s Weekly Prizes.

 

MONTHLY PRIZES:

1.     There are 5 (five) Monthly Prizes in the form of a *Travel Voucher worth RM1,288 each to be won for each month for 2 (two) consecutive months.

*The Travel Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from 01/03/2023 to 31/08/2023.

 

2.     There are a total of 10 (ten) Monthly Prizes to be won throughout the Promotion Period.

 

3.     The 2 (two) monthly periods are as per below:

a.     Month 1: 21/11/2022 – 26/12/2022 (36 days) (5 Prizes)

b.     Month 2: 27/12/2022 – 31/01/2023 (36 days) (5 Prizes)

 

MONTHLY PRIZE SELECTION:

1.     Monthly Prizes: The serial numbers allocated to the Qualified Entries will be tabulated for each month which will then be divided by 5 (five) to derive the winning serial numbers for the month’s Monthly Prizes. In the event of numbers with decimal values, the winning serial numbers will be rounded down to the nearest whole number that results after the division.

For example: If the Qualified Entries serial numbers for the contest total up to 5001, 5001 will be divided by 5 which equal 1000.20 which will be rounded down to 1000. The multiplier winning serial number in this case is 1000. 5 (Five) Qualified Entries assigned with serial numbers with multiples of 1000 i.e.: 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 will be the selected Finalists of the month’s Monthly Prizes.

 

GRAND PRIZE, 1ST PRIZES AND CONSOLATION PRIZES:

1.     There are 9 (nine) Prizes to be won at the end of the Contest Period. The Prizes are as follows:

a.     1 (One) Grand Prize in the form of 8D/5N Trip to France to visit the House of Martell for 2 persons worth RM42,888.

               i.         The Grand Prize are inclusive of economy class airfares (ex-Kuala Lumpur), twin-sharing accommodation, daily breakfast only, airport transfers and ground transport.

              ii.         The Organiser will notify the Grand Prize Winner of the specific travel period (travel period dates are fixed according to the House of Martell availability and cannot be changed) and itinerary and the winner must abide by the terms & conditions of the party(ies) arranging and/or providing for the Grand Prize.

2.     3 (Three) 1st Prizes in the form of a *Travel Vouchers worth RM8,888 each.

3.     5 (Five) Consolation Prizes in the form of a *Travel Vouchers worth RM1,888 each.

*The Travel Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from 01/03/2023 to 31/08/2023. All winners are to comply with the terms and conditions of each of the Travel Vouchers.

GRAND PRIZE, 1ST PRIZES AND CONSOLATION PRIZES SELECTION:

1.     Grand Prize: The serial numbers allocated to the Qualified Entries throughout the Promotion Period will be tabulated which will then be divided by 2 (two) to derive the winning serial number for the Grand Prize. In the event of numbers with decimal values, the winning serial numbers will be rounded down to the nearest whole number that results after the division.

For example: If the Qualified Entries serial numbers for the Contest total up to 17777, 17777 will be divided by 2 which equal 8888.5. The Qualified Entry assigned with serial number 8888 will be the selected finalist of the Grand Prize.

 

2.     1st Prizes: The serial numbers allocated to the Qualified Entries throughout the Promotion Period will be tabulated which will then be divided by 3 (three) to derive the winning serial number for the 1st Prizes. In the event of numbers with decimal values, the winning serial numbers will be rounded down to the nearest whole number that results after the division.

For example: If the Qualified Entries serial numbers for the contest total up to 17777, 17777 will be divided by 3 which equal 5925.6. The multiplier winning serial number in this case is 5925. 3 (Three) Qualified Entries assigned with serial numbers with multiples of 5925 i.e.: 5925, 11850 and 17775 will be the selected finalists of the 1st Prizes.

 

3.     Consolation Prizes: The serial numbers allocated to the Qualified Entries throughout the Promotion Period will be tabulated which will then be divided by 5 (five) to derive the winning serial number for the Consolation Prizes. In the event of numbers with decimal values, the winning serial numbers will be rounded down to the nearest whole number that results after the division.

For example: If the Qualified Entries serial numbers for the contest total up to 17777, 17777 will be divided by 5 which equal 3555.4. The multiplier winning serial number in this case is 3555. 5 (Five) Qualified Entries assigned with serial numbers with multiples of 3555 i.e.: 3555, 7110, 10665, 14220 and 17775 will be the selected finalists of the Consolation Prizes.

 

TIER 2 – CONTEST MAIN PRIZES FULFILMENT:

1.     The Organiser’s Service Provider J SEA EVENT (M) SDN BHD will contact all selected Finalists from 6018 311 0128 via WhatsApp to the mobile numbers from which the Organiser received in the Qualified Entries. Each selected Finalists will be given 1 (one) question to answer via WhatsApp. The selected Finalists must answer the question posted by the Organiser correctly in order to win the Prize. In the event a selected Finalist failed to answer the question correctly or failed to answer within the time stated in the WhatsApp, the selected Finalist will be disqualified and replaced by the serial number Finalist after the serial number of the disqualified Finalist.

 

2.     The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the selected Finalists cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.

 

3.     The Winners must provide accurate personal details such as Full name as per Identification Card or Passport Identification Card or Passport number, delivery address for verification and prize redemption via WhatsApp. Failure to provide the personal details will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

 

4.     All Contest Main Prizes will be delivered to the Winners within 6 – 8 weeks from 31/01/2023 to the Delivery Address provided by the Winners via WhatsApp. The Organiser reserves the rights to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser.

 

5.     All Winners must abide by the terms & conditions of the party(ies) arranging and/or providing for the prizes. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit their Prizes in the event that the Winner(s) do not comply with the Contest Terms & Conditions and Prizes Terms & Conditions.

 

6.     The Winners Result Ads will be featured on the website: http://www.prm-presents.com.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1.     All decisions made by the Organizer in relation to this Promotion including but not limited to the selection of winners and forfeiture of Promotion prizes (if any) shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No queries, challenges, correspondence, or appeals will be entertained.

 

2.     The selection of the winners shall be in accordance with the Participants’ satisfaction of the Promotion’s entry criteria and determined at the Organizer’s sole and absolute discretion. The receipt by any winner of any prize under this Promotion is conditional upon compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

 

3.     The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash and will only be presented to winners who are able to satisfy the Organizer’s prize claiming requirements as set out herein.

 

4.     The Organizer will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of any form of notification to the participants. All costs incidental to the participant’s participation in the Promotion and redemption and/or usage of the prize shall be solely borne by the winners.

 

5.     Participants shall not, without the prior written approval of the Organizer, speak to the press or any other media nor give any interviews or comments relating to the Promotion.

 

6.     The Organizer and its partners and/or sponsors for the Promotion (if applicable) shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury, or death in connection with the Promotion or any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

 

7.     If applicable, all warranty claims in regard to a prize should be directed to the applicable manufacturer. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any breaches of contract or any actions or omissions on the part of any manufacturer or supplier of prizes, nor be liable in any way to any party for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Promotion or any prize. Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, all representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions which apply to this Promotion and in respect of the prizes and all implied warranties are excluded, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes.

 

8.     The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Promotion mechanics, the operation of this Promotion or to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions hereof.

 

9.     In the event that any winner is disqualified from the Promotion, the Organizer at its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement winner should be selected.

 

10.  The Organizer reserves the right to reject/delete any submissions which contain any elements of nudity, pornographic images, graphic violence, defamatory or libellous statements or materials that are considered illegal or may contravene the laws of Malaysia or materials that are likely to tarnish the Organizer’s image or reputation.

 

11.  The Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promoters and agents shall not be liable in any way for the following:

a.     any additional expenses incurred by participants for taking part in the Promotion;

b.     any sort of technical failure;

c.     intervention by unauthorized parties during the Promotion;

d.     electronic or human errors in the administration of the Promotion and processing of entries;

e.     any data entry that is lost, stolen, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received which is not due to the negligence or wilful default of the Organizer.

 

12.  All participants unconditionally agree to assume full liability and responsibility to the extent permitted by law in the event of any loss, mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accidents (including death) suffered as a result of or arising from their participation in this Promotion, redemption and/or utilization of the prizes and/or Organizer’s products.

 

13.  All entries submitted for the Promotion shall become the property of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to use, publish, disclose or display the name, address, last 4 digits of the winners’ identification card (IC) number, photograph, particulars and/or documents of all winners for advertising and publicity purposes.

 

14.  The winners or their duly authorized representatives may be required to attend prize presentations and/or participate in publicity programs, which the Organizer may from time to time organize in connection with the Promotion and if so, such winner(s) or their duly authorized representatives should attend such functions at their own cost and expense.

 

15.  The Organizer reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time for the duration of the Promotion Period without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organizer of the Promotion shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any or all loss or damage suffered or costs and expenses incurred by the participant either directly and/or indirectly arising from or in connection with the cancellation, termination or suspension of the Promotion by the Organizer.

 

16.  The Organiser excludes its responsibilities and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes or modification to the Promotion or prizes or due to any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control such as governmental interference, civil commotion, riot, war, strikes, act of terrorism (including but not limited to any act of violence, hostility, national emergency, occurrence of any epidemic/pandemic outbreaks) and for any act or default by any third-party suppliers or vendors.

18.  The Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and the participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.

 

19.  In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Promotion terms and conditions and other language versions, the English version shall prevail. By participating in this Promotion, participants are taken to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and accept that all decisions by the Organizer are final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to the participants and the participants agree to be bound by such changes.

 

20.  By participating in the Promotion, Participants are taken to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions, and accept that all decisions by the Organiser are final and binding. The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of the Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to the Participants and the Participants agree to be bound by such changes.

 

PRIVACY NOTICE UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010

 

1.     The Organizer shall process the personal data that you have provided in the online entry form such as your name, national identity card number, contact details, address, (including any details contained therein) and any other information that has been requested from you in this Promotion (“Personal Data”).

 

2.     By submitting the online entry form and participating in this Promotion, you hereby consent and agree to the processing of your Personal Data by the Organizer for purposes of this Promotion including in the manner as specified below:

a.     to the use of any Personal Data by the Organizer for the Promotion such as for management and administration of the Promotion; to deliver the prize(s) to you should you be selected to be a winner etc.,

b.     to publish your name and last 4 digits of your identification card (IC) number on the Organizer’s Facebook page or event page, or any other platforms of the Organizer as it deems fit if you have been selected as a winner, and

c.     to send you news and promotional material and information from the Organizer, such as the Organizer’s monthly newsletter. Provision of your Personal Data for this purpose is voluntary and you may withdraw your consent for this purpose at any time by contacting the Organizer using the contact details below.

 

3.     Your Personal Data is being processed by or on behalf of the Organizer. Save as indicated otherwise in this Privacy Notice, provision of your Personal Data is mandatory if you wish to participate in this Promotion. Failing to provide your Personal Data will result in the Organizer not being able to process your participation or to contact you in the event you are selected as a potential winner or recipient of any prize or reward.

 

4.     The Personal Data that you provide us may be disclosed to our service providers and external agencies such as digital agencies engaged by the Organizer for the management of the Promotion and to process your participation in this Promotion. Your Personal Data may also be transferred and accessed outside of Malaysia by the Organizer’s related entities in the region and the Organizer’s headquarters.

 

5.     You are responsible for ensuring and you warrant that the Personal Data you provide us is accurate, complete and not misleading and updated.

a.     penggunaan Data Peribadi oleh Penganjur bagi tujuan-tujuan Peraduan tersebut seperti untuk pengurusan dan pentadbiran Peraduan tersebut; untuk menyampaikan hadiah(-hadiah) kepada anda sekiranya anda terpilih sebagai pemenang dll;

b.     untuk menerbitkan nama dan 4 digit terakhir nombor kad pengenalan anda pada halaman Facebook atau halaman acara Penganjur, atau platform-platform lain Penganjur yang dianggapnya sesuai, sekiranya anda telah terpilih sebagai seorang pemenang; dan

c.     untuk menghantar berita dan bahan promosi dan maklumat daripada Penganjur kepada anda, seperti surat berita bulanan Penganjur. Pemberian Data Peribadi anda bagi tujuan ini adalah secara sukarela dan anda boleh menarik balik persetujuan anda bagi tujuan ini pada bila-bila masa dengan hubungi Penganjur menggunakan maklumat hubungan di bawah.

 

3.     Data Peribadi anda diproses oleh atau bagi pihak Penganjur. Selain yang dinyatakan sebaliknya dalam Notis Privasi ini, pemberian Data Peribadi anda adalah wajib sekiranya anda ingin mengambil bahagian dalam Peraduan ini. Kegagalan memberikan Data Peribadi anda akan menyebabkan Penganjur tidak dapat memproses penyertaan anda atau menghubungi anda sekiranya anda terpilih sebagai calon pemenang atau penerima hadiah atau ganjaran.

 

4.     Data Peribadi yang anda berikan kepada kami mungkin akan didedahkan kepada pembekal-pembekal perkhidmatan dan agensi-agensi luar kami seperti agensi-agensi digital yang dilantik oleh Penganjur untuk pengurusan Peraduan dan bagi tujuan-tujuan pemprosesan penyertaan anda dalam Peraduan ini. Data Peribadi anda juga mungkin dipindahkan dan diakses di luar Malaysia oleh entiti-entiti berkaitan Penganjur di rantau ini dan ibu pejabat Penganjur.

 

5.     Anda bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan dan anda menjamin bahawa Data Peribadi yang anda berikan kepada kami adalah tepat, lengkap dan tidak mengelirukan dan dikemas kini.

 

6.     Anda boleh mengakses dan meminta pembetulan terhadap Data Peribadi anda dan/atau untuk mengehadkan pemprosesan Data Peribadi anda, atau membuat sebarang pertanyaan atau aduan berkenaan dengan Data Peribadi anda, dengan menghubungi Penganjur dengan menghantar emel kepada Kevin Chua di kevin.chua@pernod-ricard.com / +60(3)79538861.

 

7.     Apabila anda menghantar borang penyertaan dalam talian, anda bersetuju dan mengaku bahawa, berkenaan dengan Data Peribadi yang anda dedahkan kepada Penganjur atau yang diperoleh oleh Penganjur daripada anda berdasarkan borang penyertaan peraduan, anda menjamin dan menyatakan bahawa anda diberi kuasa untuk mendedahkan Data Peribadi sedemikian dan pendedahan tersebut mematuhi undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan sebarang undang-undang privasi atau perlindungan data.
